Summary: This event is an open event and all entries are welcome whether or not riders are from Ulster. The event is pre-entry only and there will be no entries allowed on the day. Ulster championship medals will only be awarded to riders who either belong to a club based in Ulster, or are unattached but currently reside in Ulster, or were born in Ulster.
