Summary: Missing winter ‘cross? Still too long to wait for summer ‘cross? Fear not because Clif’cross is back!
Taking inspiration from the longer 1950’s style cyclocross there are two options – the original at 27 miles with 4,600 feet of climbing, or the extra at 43 miles.
Set around Calderdale in West Yorkshire the route includes trails and tracks, cobbles and climbs, and breathtaking, awesome descents.
There’s something for everyone and everything you could want for a grand day out on your ‘cross bike – or MTB, both are welcome.
This is not a race but it will be a proper test of endurance and the experience of riding through such a wonderful landscape on some of the best trails in the country is something not to be missed.
New for 2016 is electronic timing plus a timed climb to spice things up a bit while along the way there’ll be spot prizes for daft shenanigans and comedy moments.
